Terms of Use

1.1 This Terms of Use constitutes a legal agreement between you, the User (referred to as "you" or "your"), and Weelbaro Technologies Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Weelbaro," "us," "our," or "we"). These Terms of Use delineate the comprehensive terms and conditions under which you may utilize the services provided on the Weelbaro App (the "App"). The Terms of Use also regulate the relationship between you and Weelbaro and govern any claims that either you or Weelbaro may assert concerning the Services. 1.2 By registering to establish a User Account on the App, you confirm that you have read, comprehended, and consent to be bound by the Terms of Use and to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations incorporated within the Terms of Use. Your access to and utilization of our services is contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. Your agreement with us regarding adherence to the Terms of Use becomes effective immediately upon accessing or using the App and/or creating a User Account. Weelbaro reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify, or restrict access to all or any portion of these Terms of Use or the Services at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. 1.3 We retain the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time, and we will inform you of any such modifications by posting the updated Terms of Use on the App. Should we do so, the revised terms will take precedence over earlier versions. It is advisable to periodically review the Terms of Use for any changes. Your ongoing use of the App, and the Services following any amendments to the Terms of Use signifies your agreement to be bound by such changes. By utilizing the App, and our Services, you agree to the contents of this page. You confirm that you are literate and have read and fully understand these Terms of Use. 1.4 You acknowledge and agree that our collection, use, or storage of personal information in connection with the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

2.1 This involves a technology platform that enables users of Weelbaro WebApp and App, which is an information and booking reservations platform, to hire buses and book buses or seat(s) in a bus for transportation from specific pickup locations to destinations listed on the App, as updated by us from time to time ("Services") through independent third-party providers of such services, including independent third-party transportation providers and independent third-party logistics providers under agreement with Weelbaro (all collectively referred to as "Partners"). 2.2 You acknowledge that the transportation services, as well as drivers and vehicles used for the same, are provided by partners who are not employed by Weelbaro or any of our affiliates. You acknowledge and understand that Weelbaro does not function as a transportation carrier or provide any form of transportation services.

3.1 The App In order to utilize the majority of our Services effectively, it is necessary for you to register for and maintain an active User Account. By establishing a User Account, you affirm that you are a human being who is at least 18 years old and possesses sound mental faculties. You acknowledge that if you are under 18 years of age but over 12 years, you are classified as a “Minor.” As a Minor, it is required that you obtain consent from your parents or guardians and review our Privacy Policy prior to registering for our Services. The Service is not accessible to individuals under the age of 18. You are prohibited from permitting third parties to utilize your Account, and you must not allow individuals under 18 to obtain transportation or logistics services from Third Party Providers unless they are accompanied by you. You are not permitted to assign or transfer your Account to any other individual or organization. You agree to adhere to all relevant laws while using the Services, and you may only utilize the Services for legitimate purposes (for instance, no transportation of illegal or hazardous materials). In your use of the Services, you will not create any nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to the Third Party Provider or any other individual. In some cases, you may be required to provide proof of identity to access or utilize the Services, and you acknowledge that access to or use of the Services may be denied if you refuse to provide such proof of identity. If you have registered for the Services on behalf of a Minor, you affirm that you have obtained the necessary consent to share the Minor’s personal information with us. You recognize that Weelbaro will utilize the email address and phone number you provided during the creation of your User Account as the primary means of communication with you. It is your responsibility to monitor the email address and phone number you have given to Weelbaro, ensuring they are capable of sending and receiving messages, emails, and phone calls. Your communications with Weelbaro can only be verified if they originate from your User Account email address and phone number. You also acknowledge that Weelbaro may communicate with you through InApp notifications and InApp chat features within the App. As part of our security protocols, you are responsible for determining your sign-in credentials or any information you provide. By registering and creating a User Account, you agree to take responsibility for all activities conducted under your User Account and to treat your sign-in credentials as confidential; you must not disclose them to any third party. Weelbaro does not have access to your sign-in credentials; if you forget them or suspect that a third party has gained access to them, you must promptly change your sign-in credentials by resetting your password or by contacting us at info@weelbaro.ng to restrict your User Account. You consent to our sharing of your personal data, as provided during the creation of your User Account, with third-party contractors and service providers.

4.1 Opening an Account In order to register and establish an account, you must click on the "Register" or "Create a new account" option on the WebApp or the App. Subsequently, you will need to provide us with specific personal details, including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, city, date of birth, gender, password, and any other information marked as mandatory or that we may request from you periodically (collectively referred to as "Information"). Additionally, we may require at least one valid payment method, which can be a credit card or funding your wallet through any other accepted payment partner. You affirm that all information you provide during the User Account creation process is accurate, correct, and current, and you agree to furnish any supplementary documents and/or information as may be requested from time to time. You acknowledge that failing to keep your Account information accurate, complete, and current, including having an expired or invalid payment method, may hinder your ability to utilize the Services. We retain the right to deny your application for creating a User Account or to terminate an existing User Account without providing any reason.

Your User Account will become active as soon as we successfully verify your Information.

6.1 Your User Account includes a virtual wallet ("Wallet"). You will have the capability to make payments using the Wallet. Payments can also be made via transfer and through your debit card. 6.2 Once you have completed a booking reservation on the WebApp or the App, you must ensure your presence at the designated location and time specified. 6.3 You may be required to present proof of identity in order to access or utilize the Services. You acknowledge that access to vehicles or the use of the Services may be denied if you decline to provide proof of identity when requested. Additionally, access to vehicles or the use of the Services may also be denied if you refuse or fail to comply with any health and safety measures that may be implemented from time to time. 6.4 Weelbarrow retains the right to cancel any bookings or rides made by you at any point prior to the departure or arrival of any reserved vehicle. In such cases, Weelbaro will promptly inform you and refund your Wallet with the amount of the transaction. Weelbaro shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred by you as a result of the cancellation of bookings or rides. 6.5 Weelbaro shall not be liable for any losses or damages experienced by you due to delays in the arrival of any booked vehicle. 6.6 You agree that any booking made is at your own risk and sole responsibility, and you accept all risks associated with any ride that you request and procure. Weelbaro is not accountable for any loss, damage, liability, injury, or harm that may occur as a result of any ride that you request, order, purchase, procure, accept, participate in, or receive through the Services. 6.7 Please be aware that Weelbaro may share your personal data provided by you with third parties as necessary to deliver the Services and to ensure the efficient operation of the WebApp and the App.

7.1 Unless otherwise specified by us, payments made by you for the Services (“Fares”) are final and non-refundable. All Fares are payable immediately, and payment will be processed by us through our accepted payment partners using the payment method designated in your User Account or any other payment methods that we may adopt or accept. Following a successful ride, we will send a receipt for the ride via email, and your ride history on the User Account will be updated. 7.2 You agree that Fares may encompass any applicable taxes mandated by law, tolls, and/or checkout fees, which include a booking fee, as well as federal, state, and local tolls, airport tolls, and processing fees. 7.3 We retain the right to set, eliminate, and/or modify Fares for our Services and other associated features at any time at our sole discretion. You acknowledge and accept that Fares in specific geographical regions may significantly increase during periods of high demand. Furthermore, you recognize that we may occasionally offer certain Users discounts and promotional offers that could lead to varying charges for the same or similar Services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also extended to you, shall not affect your use of the Services or the Fares applicable to you.

8.1 We may, at our sole discretion, develop promotional codes that can be used for Wallet credit or other benefits or features related to the Services ("Promo Codes"). Promo Codes can be applied towards payment upon the completion of a ride or trip and are subject to any additional terms set by us on a per promotional code basis. 8.2 Should Promo Codes be made available to you, you agree that Promo Codes: shall be utilized solely for their intended purpose, in accordance with the specific terms established by us and in a lawful manner; will not be duplicated, sold, or transferred in any way, nor made accessible to the general public unless explicitly authorized by us; may be deactivated by Weelbaro at any time for any reason without liability to Weelbaro; cannot be exchanged for cash; and may expire before you have the opportunity to use 8.3 Should we determine or suspect that your utilization of the Promo Code was erroneous, fraudulent, illegal, or in breach of the relevant Promo Code terms or these Terms of Use, we retain the right to withhold or deduct any credits or other features or benefits acquired through your use of the Promo Code, whether by you or any other user.

9.1 You acknowledge that any inquiries, remarks, suggestions, ideas, feedback, support requests, submissions for competitions and promotions, or any other information related to the Services that you provide, whether in textual, audio, or visual form (collectively referred to as "User Content"), may be utilized by us in a manner we find suitable. By supplying User Content to us, you grant us a global, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license (including the right to sublicense) to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such User Content in any format and distribution channel currently known or developed in the future, without further notice or consent from you, and without any obligation to compensate you or any other individual or entity. 9.2 You affirm and guarantee to us that: You are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content, or you possess all rights, licenses, consents, and releases necessary to grant Weelbaro the license to the User Content as described above; Neither the User Content nor your submission, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available of such User Content, nor Weelbaro’s use of the User Content as permitted herein, will infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, nor will it result in the breach of any applicable law or regulation.

10.1 You are provided with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, and limited license to utilize the WebApp and the App. This limited right to use the WebApp and the App may be revoked at our sole discretion. 10.2 You agree to refrain from accessing (or attempting to access) the Services by any means other than through the interface provided on the WebApp and the App. The use of deep-linking, robots, spiders, or any other automatic devices, programs, algorithms, methodologies, or any similar or equivalent manual processes to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any part of the WebApp and the App, or to reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the WebApp and the App to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not specifically made available through the WebApp and the App is expressly prohibited. 10.3 You shall not utilize the WebApp and the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, in any manner inconsistent with these Terms of Use, or engage in fraudulent or malicious activities, such as hacking into or inserting malicious code, including viruses or harmful data, into the WebApp and the App. 10.4 You shall not violate our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the WebApp and the App, including the submission of any material or User Content (to the extent that such use is not licensed by these Terms of Use). 10.5 You shall not use the WebApp and the App or the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or compromise our systems or security, or interfere with other users. 10.6 You shall not use the Services to transmit malware or host phishing pages. You may not engage in activities that harm or disrupt the operation of the Services or any of our other infrastructure or that of others, including our third-party providers. You may not use the Services for deceptive commercial practices or any other illegal or deceptive activities. 10.7 You are prohibited from utilizing the Services to transmit any material that is infringing, abusive, or tortious, or to store or transmit content that violates the privacy rights of third parties. 10.8 You agree not to provide us with any User Content that is false, inaccurate, misleading (either directly or through omission or failure to update information), obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, hateful, abusive, offensive, pornographic or sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. 10.9 You must not impersonate any individual or entity, nor use a fictitious name on this WebApp and the App. 10.10 You are not permitted to extract any information or data from the Services or our systems, nor attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers that operate the Services. 10.11 You shall not utilize the WebApp and the App or the Services in a manner that violates, facilitates, or promotes activities that contravene applicable laws or these Terms of Use. 10.12 You are not allowed to use the WebApp, the App, or any of the Services for any transactions other than those explicitly permitted in these Terms of Use. 10.13 You must not use the WebApp and the App in a manner that suggests, promotes, supports, or funds your or another individual's membership in a terrorist organization. 10.14 You commit to using the Services appropriately and to behaving in a reasonable manner at all times during trips or rides facilitated by the Services. 10.15 You shall not partake in violent or antagonistic behavior, including fighting, aggression, harassment, threats, displays, verbal altercations, or any other forms of disagreeable conduct towards other passengers, drivers, or any other parties during rides. 10.16 You must not create any nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or harm to other passengers, drivers, or any other parties during trips. 10.17 You are prohibited from consuming alcohol or narcotics during trips. 10.18 You shall not inflict any damage to any vehicles utilized for the Services. 10.19 Weelbaro reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor or investigate your use of the Services at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use. Our determination regarding whether a breach of these Terms of Use has occurred will be final and binding, and any actions taken to enforce the provisions specified in these Terms of Use, including the decision to take no action, will be at our sole discretion. 10.20 You shall not use the wallet for any other purposes than to book rides on the platform. Weelbaro reserves the right to restrict any wallet that is deemed to engage suspicious activity until the wallet user provides responses to request for information from Weelbaro.

11.1 You are solely responsible for your personal belongings during a trip. You acknowledge that Weelbaro will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss or theft of your personal property. 11.2 During and after the conclusion of a trip, you must ensure that you retrieve your belongings from the vehicle of a Partner when disembarking. If you leave your belongings in a Partner's vehicle, the Partner may return the items to you or to Weelbaro. You acknowledge and agree that Weelbaro does not accept liability and will not be held responsible for any lost items. It will return any forgotten or misplaced items. 11.3 Weelbaro will take measures to identify the owner of any property left in a Partner’s vehicle if it is returned to the Weelbaro's offices. However, you acknowledge and agree that Weelbaro will retain your property for a maximum duration of one month from the date the Partner delivered your property to Weelbaro. Should you fail to retrieve your property from Weelbaro before the one-month period expires, Weelbaro will have the right to manage your property as it sees fit, and you will have no claims against Weelbaro regarding your unclaimed property.

12.1 The Services and all associated intellectual property rights are and will remain the property of Weelbaro or its licensors worldwide. You recognize that as long as you adhere to these Terms of Use, we consent to provide you with a royalty-free, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and utilize our Services. You hereby agree not to sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services, the use of the Services, or access to the Services. 12.2 You acknowledge that you do not possess the right to access the WebApp and the App in their source-code format. In the context of these Terms of Use, Intellectual property encompasses all patents, rights to inventions, utility models, copyrights and associated rights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, business names, domain names, rights in trade dress or get-ups, rights in goodwill or the ability to sue for passing off, rights concerning unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, topography rights, moral rights, rights in confidential information including know-how and trade secrets, and any other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered. This includes all applications for and renewals or extensions of such rights, as well as all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any jurisdiction worldwide. The term intellectual property right refers to any one of the intellectual property rights as the context necessitates. 12.3 You hereby agree not to reveal any information related to our business (which is not publicly available), including specific business details, technical processes and formulas, software, customer lists, potential customer lists, names, addresses, and other information concerning customers and potential customers, product designs, sales, costs (including any applicable processing fees), price lists, and other unpublished financial data, business strategies, and marketing information, (collectively referred to as "Confidential information") to any third party without obtaining prior written consent from Weelbaro. Confidential Information shall encompass, but is not limited to, all confidential and proprietary information, regardless of whether it is marked as such. Our Confidential Information includes all information that You receive pertaining to Us or the Services that is not known to the general public, including details related to our security program and practices.

13.1 We offer the Services with access to third-party tools that we do not oversee or control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such services or tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, and without any endorsement. We shall bear no liability whatsoever arising from or related to your use of these third-party services. The utilization of these third-party services or tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you recognize that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your engagement with such third-party services or tools. You acknowledge that you have read, are familiar with, and consent to these policies under which the services and/or tools are provided by the respective third-party providers. You understand that our Services may incorporate materials from these third-party providers. 13.2 Third-party links on the WebApp and the App may lead you to third-party websites that are not associated with us. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not guarantee and will not assume any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or any other materials, products, or services from third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the use of services, resources, content, or any other transactions conducted in connection with any third-party websites. Please carefully examine the policies and practices of the third party and ensure that you comprehend them. Any complaints, claims, concerns, or inquiries regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party. 13.3 We may also provide products on behalf of other third parties that we believe could be beneficial to you. In such cases, please be aware that your relationship with the third party will be governed by that party's agreements. We will not be responsible for any legal issues that may arise from your use of these third-party services. It is recommended that you reach out to the third party to obtain appropriate legal counsel before establishing a legal relationship with them.

14.1 Weelbaro may, at its sole discretion, restrict or terminate your User Account if: You utilize your User Account for unauthorized purposes or if Weelbaro detects any form of abuse, misuse, breach of content, fraud, or attempted fraud related to your use of the Services. Weelbaro is compelled or requested to adhere to an order, instruction, or recommendation from the government, court, regulator, or other competent authority. Weelbaro has reasonable grounds to suspect or believe that you are violating these Terms of Use. The restriction or closure is necessary due to technical issues or safety concerns; to facilitate updates or upgrades to the content or functionality of the Services periodically; or if your User Account becomes inactive or dormant. Weelbaro decides to suspend or discontinue the provision of the Services for commercial reasons or for any other reasons it deems appropriate at its sole discretion. 14.2 The closure or limitation of your User Account will not impact any of our established rights or your obligations to Us. 14.3 You have the right to cancel your User Account and terminate the Terms of Use at any time by reaching out to info@weelbaro.ng and subsequently adhering to the specific instructions provided in our reply. Any unique identifiers or codes issued to you remain our property, and we reserve the right to disable, reclaim, and reuse these once your User Account is terminated or deactivated for any reason, whether by you or us. 14.4 Following the cancellation of your User Account, Weelbaro will discontinue the provision of services to you, and you will lose access to your User Account.

15.1 Weelbaro will not be liable for any losses incurred by you if the Services are disrupted or unavailable due to a failure caused by your device, lack of internet connectivity, or any other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, system errors, interruptions, delays, or unavailability of services, power outages, adverse weather or atmospheric conditions, failures of any public or private telecommunications systems, fuel shortages, traffic congestion, and road construction. 15.2 You agree that, to the extent allowed by applicable laws, Weelbaro shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, other intangible losses, death, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or resulting from the use of or inability to use the Services. The App’s services are limited to connecting passengers to drivers. 15.3 Weelbaro shall not be held liable for any loss of profit, business loss, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity resulting from your unauthorized use of the WebApp and the App. 15.4 The total liability of Weelbaro to you for any loss or damage of any kind in relation to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the Services. 15.5 Weelbaro will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred by you as a result of or in connection with any effect or fault in the WebApp and the App or the Services due to your alterations or modifications of the WebApp and the App; any defect or fault in the WebApp and the App arising from your use of the WebApp and the App in violation of these Terms of Use; and your violation of any provisions of these Terms of Use. 15.6 The services are provided "as is" and "as available." Weelbaro disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, not explicitly stated in these terms, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Furthermore, Weelbaro makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. All warranties and obligations implied by law are excluded to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Weelbaro shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in the performance of the Services due to acts of God, governmental actions, adverse weather conditions, fuel shortages, traffic jams, road construction, control restrictions, unexpected road blockages, security mandates, acts of terrorism, warfare, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, interruptions in utility services, or any other circumstances beyond Weelbaro's reasonable control. In such cases, the timeframe for the performance of the Services shall be extended by a duration equivalent to the time during which the performance of the obligation was delayed or not fulfilled.

17.1 These Terms of Use represent the complete agreement between you and us, overriding and nullifying all prior agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations, and understandings between us, whether written or verbal, concerning the subject matter herein. 17.2 You acknowledge that in entering into this Terms of Use, you do not depend on any statement, representation, assurance, or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not explicitly stated in this Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy.

You may not assign any of your rights and obligations under this Terms of Use without obtaining prior written consent.

If any provision of this Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable to any degree, that provision shall, if feasible, be interpreted as if it were more narrowly defined, provided that such a narrower interpretation would prevent the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability. If that is not feasible, the provision shall be severed to the extent of its invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability, and the remaining provisions of this Terms of Use shall continue to be in effect.

The Terms of Use shall not be interpreted as establishing any partnership, joint venture, agency, or similar relationship between you and Weelbaro, apart from the relationship necessary for executing the provisions of the Terms of Use. All rights, responsibilities, obligations, and liabilities of both Weelbaro and you shall remain distinct and individual, rather than joint and several. Except as outlined in the Terms of Use, you do not possess the authority to act as an agent for Weelbaro or to bind Weelbaro in any manner.

The Terms of Use are established under, governed by, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties agree to endeavor to amicably resolve any disputes or differences that may arise at any time, whether during the effectiveness of the Terms of Use or following its discharge or termination, concerning the Terms of Use, its interpretation or implications, as well as the rights, responsibilities, and liabilities of the parties under the Terms of Use or any other matter related to the subject matter of the Terms of Use ("Dispute"). If a party concludes, after engaging in good faith negotiations for thirty (30) days, that the Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, such matters shall be submitted to mediation at the Lagos State Multi-Door Courthouse. Should a dispute, controversy, or claim arise between the parties under, out of, in connection with, or relating to the Terms of Use or pursuant thereto, and remain unresolved at mediation, the Dispute shall be conclusively settled by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, and in the absence of such agreement, by the President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, Nigeria Branch; in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act CAP. A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Customer Commitment At Weelbaro, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and transparent transport experiences across Africa. These Terms of Use outline your rights and responsibilities when using our services, ensuring fairness, accountability, and compliance with applicable laws. Data Privacy Notice Weelbaro Technologies Limited is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data collection, storage, and usage practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy (https://weelbaro.ng/privacy-policy), which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices and automated communication processes necessary for service delivery.

Eligibility: Drivers must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience. Where drivers utilize vehicles not belonging to them to conduct trips on the Weelbaro platform, drivers confirm that they possess authorization to utilize the vehicles. The drivers agree to hold harmless Weelbaro for any penalty or violation that may arise by the unauthorized use of a vehicle to execute a ride on the Weelbaro platform Vehicle Requirements: Vehicles must be registered, insured, and meet the app's safety and quality standards. Wallet Usage: Drivers' wallets will only be used for receiving payments for completed rides and will not be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to, purchasing goods or services, transferring funds, or making donations. Payment Terms: Drivers will receive payments for completed rides via their wallets, and the app will deduct applicable fees, tolls, and taxes. Driver Conduct: Drivers must maintain a professional demeanor, follow traffic laws, and ensure passenger safety and comfort. Safety and Security: Drivers must adhere to the app's safety and security guidelines, including verifying passenger identities and reporting any incidents. Data Protection: Drivers must protect passenger data and comply with applicable data protection laws. Termination: The app reserves the right to terminate a driver's account for violating these terms and conditions or engaging in misconduct. Traffic Rules: Drivers must ensure they comply with all applicable rules before, during and after rides. Weelbaro will not be liable for the payment of any fines due to violations of traffic rules. Drug Use: Drivers must ensure neither them nor the passengers shall engage in any drug or alcohol use during the trip. Driver must fill incident report for passengers that engage in drug or alcohol use during trips.

Wallet Purpose: Drivers' wallets are solely for receiving ride payments, refunds, bonuses and will not be used for other transactions. Wallet Management: Drivers are responsible for managing their wallets, including updating payment information and resolving any issues. Weelbaro reserves the right to restrict any wallet that is deemed to engage suspicious activity until the wallet user provides responses to request for information from Weelbaro Wallet Security: Drivers must protect their wallet credentials and report any suspicious activity.

The fee accruable to Weelbaro for every trip shall be reflected on the driver’s dashboard before the commencement of the trip.
